• Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, with tags still attached.
• Shoes must only be tried on indoors (no scuffs or outdoor wear).
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer (unless the item is defective or incorrect).
